Putting forward date into HTML code

Hi

I want to put some code onto a webpage so that every time someone visits the site, there is an offer date in the code that is midnight of the next day. E.g. Order before Midnight, Friday 31st January 2004 to get these great bonuses.

I don't want it to be an offer that will have appeared to expire if the same person visits again in a couple of days. i.e. it will pick up their time zone every time they visit and will put the date as midnight the following night.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
