Hi everyone,
I'm redesigning a web site that I run for a local High School band program (http://www.bruinband.net/Index2.htm), and I am hitting a little bit of a snag with my navigation table layout. I want my new layout to stretch all the way across the screen to get rid of all the white space on the sides, which I think is tacky. This is the general layout:
-------
-------
My problem is that I want the main part of the nav section (with the text, and images and such) to be justified to the right of the screen, no matter the screen resolutio of the viewer.
Then I want the boxed in area with the '1.' in it to tile on the x axis to take up the rest of the space between the main images and the left margin of the page.
I've tried a few different methods of laying out the table, including setting that slice as the background, and tiling it manually. However I can't get it appear right.
I am using Dreamweaver MX 2004.
Thank you in advance,

You can place everything in a table that is 100%. I would slice off a pice on the left & place that in the table that is 100% and then place everything else inside that table. |
