convert video - mac to pc

Hi

On our website, the user can watch or download our videos.
Because we use mac, our video are .mov (Quicktime)
But we just realise that most of the PC user cannot see or videos.

We could also use the mpep-4 format that can be use by both unfortunately this format is low quality.

So we would like to offer the opportunity to watch or download

a .mov for mac user or . wmp for PC user

Do you know a free software to convert videos ?

I can suggest to embed your video files in flash format in order of popularity

for converting take a look at FlashConv
it's convenient app coz has option to create HTML for flash after conversion
