I have a web site designed in Frontpage and would like to have one of the pages password protected and have a database with our members usernames and passwords. Any ideas?

First - are the pages you want to protect named with an ASP or PHP extension? They are going to have to be named with that extension so you can add the correct code to protect them.
You might check out Spooky Login for one login system but there is not a Frontpage way using a database. You can use sub-web but this will rely on Frontpage server extensions which are being phased out by Microsoft
