Create a dynamic table

I'm new to Web programming, PHP, HTML etc.

I need to create and display a table dynamically from entries in a database. I have all the code to read the database but don't have a clue on how to create a dynamic table to display the entries.

Any suggestions, examples or pointers will be greatly appreciated.
