Help with tell-a-friend script / affiliate tracking script

Hello. I have very specific needs.

I need to create a Tell a friend form that will allow a user to input 1-20 emails depending on their choice (default of 5), and then have a default message be sent to each of the emails.

Then I want the default message to contain some text, a link that takes the SENDERS email and makes it an affiliate link to my webpage, so they can make money off their friends.
Example
Sender email is xatx.com
Friend receives email from xatx.com
Message to friend should have a link to my website such as www.mywebsite.com/referal=xatx.com

Now, if the friend buys, the REFERRING friend receives commission for purchasing.

This is EXACTLY what i want to do, but I dont know how.

Secondly, I would like the form to then export all emails, senders and referrals, to my mailing list. I use Get Response, If its possible with any other company, i will switch. If not, then i need the emails exported to a text file located on my webserver.

I also need help with finding the proper affiliate tracking software to work with the previous script i described.
This guy is using a simple method like at his website .... 'http://BeatNameSqueeze.Com/?e=youratpaypalemail.com"

What is the tracking system that works with this ?e= function.
