Newbee needs help! Table or frame issue.

Hi i was looking for some help.
it is difficult to explain as i dont know all the jargon yet.
i am having difficulty displaying a box on my website. if you goto [url]www.onemillionunsigned.com [/url]you will see my issue.
if you hover over one of the advert boxes the discription is diplayed but i have added adverts and rss feed to the site. now the dicription falls behind the adverts etc. How do i prevent this from happening?
