Style Sheet Loads in Fire Fox, but not Explorer

Basicly the subject says it all. I'm writing the sheets and the html on one machine that I have that I use firefox on, when I load the page it loads fine, when I load the same page in Explorer I get only a blank page, but if you view source all the html is there. What am I missing?

Well Stupidity Strikes again!! Found my error in the html I guess fire fox isn't picky when it comes to the <title> tag I had the closing one misspelled and IE didn't like that.
