Strange IE CSS Navbar issue

I'm using the CSS Navbar from listamatic Centered List Navbar Updated. It's working perfectly in Firefox and Opera, but I'm getting two problems in IE.
1. Margin Problem between navbar and content
2. When the mouse is moved to the navbar the headers on the side content bars get screwed up. (When the page is scrolled down and then back up the problem goes away)

I rolled over each nav (Home, News, Articles, etc) and did not notice any problems / changes in Internet Explorer 6.0
