How do you make a table in CSS?

In short, you can't. You can apply styles to tables. And you can create layers and apply styles to them, but tables are HTML

I recommend doing a search for CSS page templates.

Download a couple (and get the style sheets too). Then you can see how a blank CSS page looks without the clutter of general content.

You could aply style to whatever and make it look like a table. It wouldnt be a real table though.
