Hello, I'm a total nub at html, but I can usually get things done if I have proper instructions. How can I embed my phpbb forums into my website? Basically what this site has, where the nav is still there.

If you want a header something like

You need to change overall_header.tpl and over_footer.tpl. More at http://www.asichowto.com/misc/embedPhpBB2.htm
