Hello to everyone, I am new here & have made a couple of other posts. If there is someone who could help me I would appreciate it. I am trying to put together an ebay listing using an image as my border. I have seen this done and would like to do it. Thanking you in advance. Katie

if yes: just make a image with bars and make a table with the image as background

Where have you seen it done? That might give us an idea. Usually I have seen it done on an image and website design but usualy not development.
