An animated image...e.g.- walking person, cat, dog,..etc.

Any ideas? Or is there a code I can find for this and copy/paste it?

You would be able to do this much easier with a program made for that.
Code would not make a very nice animation.

Ok, what are some good programs? I know JavaScript as one, but haven't worked with it.

No, I mean a program, not a programming language.
Like photoshop or something.

I have Corel PhotoPaint. Would that work? Then how would I animate the image once it's created?

Well, thats just it.
Does that program have animation features?
If it does, use them.
If not, you will need another program, or you can use javascript for a very choppy animation, or it will be huge file sizes.

Depends on what is being animated.

I'll look into that and see if it has an animation feature. I think it does.
