dropdown list and GO button

I have copy/pasted the code for these two things. The problem now is, they are right next to each other, without any spacing. How can I space them out a bit?

I got the GO button to work with one of the three links I have in my drop-down menu. How do I do the rest?

Well, I got problem #2 to work out, but still not the first posted problem. I still need a way to space out my GO button. I don't know how.
