I have just a simple server based homepage at work.
There is a table covering the whole page, with the lowest (and largest) cell containing an iFrame set at the highest size (100% x 100%)
I use this to surf various websites whilst still keeping my most used links at the top of the page, these links change the content of the iFrame - Like searching google images, you can surf the originating website, whilst still viewing google's toolbar at the top of the page.
My homepage works fine, there is just something i cant quite do.
If i click a link "Remove this frame", i get directed back to the original page of the iFrame. What i want to do is to be able to click the link and then be directed to the page i am currently viewing within the iFrame.
Say for example, the iFrame's homepage is google, i search for bananas, and i open a site from the results... Now if i click "Remove this frame", i am returned to google's homepage, not to the banana site.
What can i do to keep my bananas? |
