Good Afternoon,

I put together a the website (smile). I got it up and running and thought everything was going great until one of the clients stated that she could not get the Reservation Form to send.
That is where I am at.
I read the response about the ending tag and no being tag. What is tag (smile). The form that I am using was an email form. I increased it with guestions I needed answers to. Went to the web to get the codes for down listing.
I do not know if this is the form I am suppose to use to get to know me(smile). If you can help me in plain simple english, it would be appreicated.

You will need to give us the source code or something to help you out more.

I probably moved the wrong post to the HTML Form Zone, I noticed you posted twice in the HTML Introductions Zone and I just moved the latest one.

But where are you processing the form? What script are you using? Is the form processing on your server or another? What does the form process do (i.e. update a database, email, etc)?

Only one part of this form is processing/working. The section where the client is paying through paypal work. PayPal is notifying me when a payment is made. The Reservation part of the form, that have all the information I need is suppose to be emailed to me. This part of the form is not working.

I hope this is what you are after. I know nothing when it comes to your terminology i.e. script, server, etc.

It sounds like you need to contact your developer then to ask him / her to check the script.

Laughing HaaHHahhahhaa - I think I am somewhat the developer. Remember I stated that I used an email form and increase the questions for my benefit. So I think I am at the beginning again. Not knowing what to do.

Give us a link to your site Liz, so we can take a look at your form code and try to diagnose the problem.
