OK, I am very, very, VERY green to all this HTML stuff, and I am trying to create my website (www.innisfailrentals.ca)...having said that I have a comment page on my website, and instead of it going to a saved file (which I FINALLY foud) I want it to go to my email address... here is the code i have now. I am using Microsoft Front Page

<html>

<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us">

<title>Adventure Works Feedback Page</title>
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 6.0">
<meta name="ProgId" content="FrontPage.Editor.Document">
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="journal 1000, default">
<meta name="Microsoft Border" content="tlb, default">
</head>

<body >

<p> Please tell us what you think about our web site, company,
products, or services. If you provide us with your contact
information, we will be able to reach you in case we have any
questions.</p>

<form method="POST" action="--WEBBOT-SELF--" onSubmit="">
<!--webbot bot="SaveResults" u-file="_private/inforeq.txt"
s-format="TEXT/TSV" b-label-fields="TRUE"
s-builtin-fields="Date,Time,REMOTE_NAME" startspan --><input TYPE="hidden" NAME="VTI-GROUP" VALUE="0"><!--webbot bot="SaveResults" i-checksum="43374" endspan -->

<p> <!--webbot
bot="PurpleText"
preview="The results of this form are stored in the file '_private/inforeq.txt' in your web. You can edit this file using FrontPage, or view and print it from any web browser." --></p>

<h3>Comments</h3>
<blockquote>
<p><textarea name="Comments" rows="10" cols="45"></textarea> </p>
</blockquote>
<h3>Category</h3>
<blockquote>
<p><select name="Category">
<option selected>Web site</option>

<option>Products</option>

</select> </p>

You will need to right click on the form in Frontpage and choose form properties. Now you should see a dialog box come up and in there you can enter your email address.

You must publish the website via http:// and do not use FTP. Your web hosting provider must support Frontpage Server Extensions as well.

Is the email address the one on your server? For example, your domain name is www.example.com and the email would be crbatexample.com. Some hosting companies do not allow you to send to email addresses off the server due to security / spamming reasons.

Hi there,

Corey is probably right, if it is the email address being the same as the one on the server then it would defiantly be worth changing it and many hosting companies will not allow you to send to email addresses off the server and you do not want to end up being picked up as spam.
