About three weeks ago after scraping by on a disability check I realized that I am very intelligent and learn very fast and that I have Adobe Master creative Suite CS4 (primarily for photoshop) I decided to try and design a website, I did use some templates from X-Sitepro, but did most the the coding myself and even figured out a way to place working forms on a site that is hosted on a non PHP supporting server.(emailmeform.com) I would appreciate any and all feedback about my site. Thank You for Looking Http://workhunter.ws

I like the look of your layout with the exception of using tables. In Firefox (didn't check other browsers) the header and footer images appear off to the right by 3px. Try using a transparent gif or png to replace the yellow_05.jpg and yellow_06.jpg images so the tiled background doesn't appear chopped. There is also a 1px gap at the bottom of the header image that will appear when resizing the page using ctrl+.

The top of your page should look like this with a complete doctype (plus the javascript)
Code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
<html>
<head>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<title>Find Job, work and career resources for job hunting at work hunter job search-Home Page</title>

<meta NAME="Keywords" Content="jobs work job searches job seekers job site job sites job skills job work jobs work local jobs looking for a job looking work marketing job need a job need find a job salary work sales work temp work temporary job temporary work tips to find a job ways to find a job find a job work job agency career hotjobs listings">

<meta NAME="Description" Content="workhunter.ws provides jobs work,job searches job seekers job site job sites job skills job work jobs work local jobs looking work marketing job need job find a job salary work temp work job tips">

<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="xsp_styles.css">

javascript here

</head>

Code:
This appears twice in the body section and should be deleted
<title>Find Job work and career resources for job hunting at work hunter job search </title>

<META NAME="Robots" CONTENT="INDEX,FOLLOW">
<META NAME="charset" CONTENT="ISO-8859-1">

After you make changes use the validator to insure there are no more coding errors.
