Table and DIV issue...

I have a table whose height is 100%. This table is already sitting in a cell whose height is random (screenheight - xx px header).

When I use a DIV inside the table with overflow auto and height and width as 100% width works fine. Height wise - It is not proper. The scrollbar goes beyond the page.

Have tried putting it DIV height to 80%. It shows well on my screen. If I change the window size it gets messed up again because 80% of one window size is not the same height as another window size.
