Hi all! My knowledge in html is not good and I need help. I have this html form but do not know how to insert it in the captcha. Please help me.

I hope you didn't just copy/paste the form example shown on the page as it is non-functional. Captcha is installed to work with your form, but I don't know what you have as you give us nothing to work with.
