automatically scroll to the bottom of the content in textbox

Hi,

Was wondering if there is a way without using javascript, just purely html code to automatically scroll down to the bottom of the content of the textbox.

any reference will be good as well.

You mean scrolling up/down without the mouse or arrow keys?? I don't know if such thing exists.
