Hi, i'm new here and i'm from portugal so sorry my english...

I wann know how can, with 3 frames do my border... i want a border made by me...

like... i dont want a line, i want something like this...

AFAIK it cannot be done.

If you use Server-Side Includes then it can be done.

You would use DIVs or Tables and you can use CSS it style the borders then include the pages into those areas.
