http://www.belcak.com drop down menus work great in IE but look at the same page in Firefox and the menus drop behind the image.
This is the second post regarding this problem. Thought this explanation of where I need help would be easier to understand.
Thanks for any and all suggestions.

When I viewed your page in firefox, it looked great. The menus were slightly thicker than when viewed in IE, but there wasn't much difference. If I'm not mistaken, you're loading a javascript file for your menus; I would recommenned checking to see if you have the latest version of firefox and downloading the latest javascript plugin.
Beautiful site.
One last comment: your site is bandwith intensive, and as a result, the radar images and flash loaded before I tested the menus. When I first ran over the menus, they simply snapped down. Several seconds later, however, the came down smoothly. I know some javascript, and it seems slightly infeasible for the roll-down effect to load later unless it was a seperate section of code later on, but it may be that you need to wait for your menu to fully load and that your problem is that the browser simply hasn't moved things into their proper places yet. You're using DIV tags and that makes that possibility more likely.
Cheers,

Yes I'm using a javascript file for the menus....actually it's built using SOThink DHTML Menu Maker (nice software). Thanks for the headsup on FF and the javascript plugin...I'll check.
Ur right about bandwidth intensive....hopefully this won't impact visitors to the site....I have a lot of info to share.
Dreamweaver is my page maker....sometimes I find I need to go back and make adjustments to what it does. Thanks for your advice and kind words. I'm new to all of this so the process has been a tremendous learning experience and I feel like I'm still just scratching the surface.
Best
