Help with Forms..

Here is my dilema. I need to have a form on a webpage, maybe some radio buttons, but mostly text entries. The thing I can't figure out though, is how to (when that person clicks submit) it puts all of these things into an email, and then sends the email to an email address. Thanks for your help. 'Carl
