I have a web page http://www.dalmatianrescue-va.com/DRSV/Apollo/Apollo.html

on this page is a button called "Adopt Me" that links to our application form page. My question is... Is it possible to set the field name [DalName] (on the adoption page) to "Apollo" when the user clicks on the "Adopt Me" button on the page provided above? This way the website user does not have to go back to the previous page to lookup the name, the form will have it put there for them.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
