Unknown amount of table rows/columns

Hello, I am working on a project for an Ice Cream house where a user enters the number of orders into an input box and down below that box I would like for a table to appear with check boxes in it so the user can select the toppings they want for each ice cream before submitting the form. I'm not sure how to go about doing this, I am using JavaScript, so maybe some type of loop? Can this even be done? Suggestions? Thanks!
