how can my site will be become stylish with bg and other color effect if you have any suggestion plz tell me, becouse i want to add css coding but i don;t know how

I recommend getting rid of the frames completely and concentrating on CSS. you will find some amazing improvements can be made and very easily.
Something else for you to note... The enitre time i was at your site something was downloading to my PC. i don;tknow if you have an image of too large a file size or something similar it kind of made me nervous which means some of your other visitors feel the same
