Resizing image in the fram when changing screen resolution

Hello
I have a placed image in the frame :

"<frameset frameborder=\"2\" framespacing=\"2\" rows=\"70, *\">\n" .
"<frame src=\"banner.html\" name=\"banner\" NORESIZE SCROLLING=\"NO\" frameborder=\"0\" />\n";

The file banner.html contains:

<BODY valign="top" TOPMARGIN="0" LEFTMARGIN="0">
<img src="bannerx.jpg">
</BODY>

The image bannerx.jpg is displaye at the header over entire page.
When I change screen resolution the image doesn't resize.
What sould I do to have fit image in the screen with different resolutions ?

You could try using percentages instead of pixels

I think you should use Javascript to resize your image when change your screen. Your image can not go from 600 to 768 automatic.
