checkboxes values to mail

Hello all,

Can I ask you to help me.

I made a simple mailform with 3 checkboxes that users has to check or uncheck.

When pushing on the submit know, it sends a mail to me what the users has checked and unchecked.

Now my question is :

Wich code I use when I only want to receive checkboxes what only are checked ?
I don't need the checkboxes who are not checked.

How to make that difference in html code ?

I assume that you can not do that without CGI or form mail .
