Hey folks; I'm trying to open up a seperate browser when people select a target within a scrollbar on my website; however, I can't figure out how to do this. I'm using dreamweaver mostly, and the behavior options for opening up a new browser window doesn't work for scrollbars--it works for objects, pics, and text, but not items in a scrollbar. Basically, I want the current page to stop changing over to the selected page in the scrollbar. I want the page to stay the same, and selected page from within the scrollbar to open up in it's own browser.
I'm just learning html, but if you have code for that I can probably work with it.

Just to re-cap:
You have a page, using frames, and in one frame you have your Nav Menu. You want those links to open in the "Main Frame", or in a new browser window?
For opening in the same window, but in a different frame, it would help if we had your source code to look at.
If it is another window, just add the following code to your links:
