renaming text

sorry, i went over like, 15 pages of topics and couldnt seem to find anything similar to what i'm looking for...i need a code to rename titles and that kinda jazz, like on profiles, where some websites show "name:" or something of the sort, i wanna change it to "they call me" or whatever. anything will help, thanks.

You are going to have to be more specific. Right now it sounds like you want a find & replace solution
