I've been doing web design for several years and have recently started building a site on a host that is foreign to me.
I am having problems getting the HTML code to display an email link.
For instance;
<a href="mailto:emailataddress.org">Webmaster</a>
Is not working.
Any thoughts? |

No.
It just shows the code as normal text as if it's not recognizing the html. |

I'm using the domain's web shell/frame but it's allowed me to use other html like hyperlinks and font adaptions.
I was thinking of going into FrontPage and editing the whole thing anyway, I was just looking to see if someone might have a quick fix so that I could get more of the basics finished before I added the final touches. |

Did you try to look at the source code on the browser once it is done to see what it was doing?

The coding was fine.
I contacted the host server and they explained that I have to 'activate' the HTML portion of the shell for it to work properly. All is better now.
Thank you for your time. I will definitely be using your expertise in the future.

Glad it all worked out for you. A lot of times, it is something else and not the code. Good luck with the site!
