When using Internet explorer 7 evry web page I go to comes up minimized. Is there a cure?

Though this is not HTML or DHTML it might be the zoom function.
In the bottom right corner it should be 100%. If it isn't that is probably the problem.

When you open IE, maximize it. Now close it by going to File - Close. See if that helps.

Right click on the Icon you are using to start IE and go to properties. Under the Shortcut tab, choose Maximized in the drop down by Run. Hit OK.
