The image field (file type) goes blank when I add an image.

I have very strange problem, When I click on browse button to upload image through input type file. After Click on submit button the image field (URL of Image ) goes blank.

Note: It happens in internet explorer not in firefox mozilla.

can anybody help me in this regard.
