Having browsed and not really found anything which could help me, I desperately seek quidance!
The task at hand is simple; I have created a website using a top frame (containing a menu) and a mainFrame containing the pages. The frameset itself should be straight forward:

...but for the life of me, I can not get ANY of the links from the menu to provoke the slightest of action in the mainFrame!!? It works flawlessly in Firefox, but of course the targeted audience will be turned off by the prospect of having to download and install FF just for this website  ...

Make sure to name both frames. And I would add the target in the

Failing that, try two simple HTML pages and then if that works, something is in your code that might be preventing (ndex page with FRAMES dont work in IE on PC) it from working.
That looks like some proprietary Dreamweaver code in there that might be causing some problems.

Solved the problem!
