Good tips are to host your images on another domain to where the html is located. It increases the amount of simultaneous requests that can be made to download content which, in most browsers, is limited to a maximum of 2 simultaneous connections to each domain name.

Im new to HTML can someone give me tips on doing a template?

I don't know how to make a website

I don't understand your problem here. I gave you a list of free hosting sites to check out. At least you can use their uploading utility to get your web site online. It's just that 99% of them do not allow FTP with a free account.

I also listed many other links to make web pages, etc..
Is there anything else that I can do that I am missing in your posts here?

please position the slideout menus..they are supposed
to appear under the about us and serives tabs..the code below is that of the header for the webpage..when i change the size of the window, the slide out tabs are displaced...thanks

Dreamweaver menu centering

Even though the menu has an unknown width it can still be centered by using a little css trickery. The first thing to do is put the menu inside a containg div.

Server Side Includes (SSI) is the way yo go when you need to update many pages.

Assumptions: you have a template and a web hosting provider.

Contact your web hosting provider and for an FTP account. You can download FileZilla for free and upload your website from your computer to the server.
