They do have a disclaimer at the very top of the page that they are not associated with Yell.com and that "Yellow Pages" is Yell.com's trademark. Since no registered trademark is being shown, they can put similar content on their site as long as it is not copied from Yel.com's site.

My opinion only.

Btw, getting serials for software you don't own is illegal.

Companies like Adobe grant you a license to use their application/s. You have to buy a copy of the software to gain one and to use their software, they make sure you buy it by using serial numbers to activate their software or reactivate trial versions after they expire at the end of the trial period.

If everyone used serials from the web ie. other people who have PAID for the software already then companies like Adobe will eventually go out of business, and guess what?! NO MORE SOFTWARE. So buy, don't steal.

Just because they have a disclaimer means nothing. They are still supplying people with serials which is illegal. Even with saying ig you like it buy it, if you want to try software go to the software makers makers website and see ifthey offer a free/lite version or a trial version of the full thing.

If the people want your images, they are going to take them - keep that in mind. Copyright is just words on paper unfortunately.

You might also take a look at the company digimarc as well.
