I think you are referring to stormclix or something. Stormpay is an IPSP (internet payment service provider).

Sounds like you need some type of banner ad management. There are scores of them over at hotscripts. Read through some of them to see which one would suit your needs.

I am looking to start a PPC site like stormpay had i think it was storm clix and wanted to know if anyone new where i could find a script like that.
