Don't know what codes are involved or whether use of a database is required, but if the codes require any server-side scripting language or database, then you may not find a free hosting site that allows all that.

Possibly setting up a free forum which uses all this may be what you want. Provides additional features such as member sign up and log in.

Not sure if this is where I should put it but me and 3 friends of mine are thinking of making a SIM website, and we need a free website hosting service that will hold the codes. Do any of you know a good one?
