Problem with frames

Okay, I know this is a stupid question, but here goes. I am trying to change the background color in my frames. Is there anyway to do this? Please help.

You can change it in the html within the frame.

Thank you for the help. I have another question. I have a pege with several iframes on it. The one I'm having a problem with contains my menu with links. How do i get the links to open in a new window, or in the main window position?

You need to target your frames. Provide the source code to the framed page and the source code to your hyperlink
