Open links in other frames

I'm currently making an Alice Cooper discoraphy/lyrics site and I ran into some problems regarding frames. I have a thin frame on the left that acts as a table of contents, but when you click a link on it, the page will open in the same frame. This makes the page show up thin.

What I need is a code or something that will tell the link to open on the right frame (biggest one). I would appreciate any help Smile

On you http://free.hostultra.com/~cooperfan/contents.html page, you need to target the links to the RECIPES frames something like
