Forcing a code induced button to a particular place

Hi,

I'm placing a stormpay button on my site in the left column, column_left.php and I want it to appear at the bottom under the information box, [I'm using oscommerce] but instead it appears at the top of the page, above the categories box. What html code can I use to force it to go where I want it?
This is an edited version of the code:
