Here is the site with a functioning navbar in progress.
http://24.199.231.51/index.htm

Here is just the navbar in a html file.
http://24.199.231.51/navbar.htm

These contain drop down menus, javascript. Using the behaviors menu in Dreamweaver to setup dropdowns.

Is this the proper way to setup a navbar ssi file?
Then call the navbar.htm file into the pages that uses the navbar?

Thank you.
