Posted: Tue Jan 18, 2005 7:47 pm HELP!!!! Formats of Forms when using mailto: |
|
|
|
I have a form that submits well using a mailto:, but the user at the other end is having problems in using the layout from the email received to then data entry into our database. Is there other formats that when it gets emailled to her that it will arrive NOT in plain text... Hope this makes sense... If i can get an answer ASAP that would be excellent.
MAYBE I could have it sent to a Text file that I can then do a Mail Merge in Word and then that word file is sent to my Data Entry person.
My ultimate solution would be a form submitted to an email where there is on other format apart from plain text that could be more user freindly.
Thanks to All,

Check with your hosting company to see what else they support - form handlers. This way, you can control the email. |

| Unsure what you mean by Form Handlers... Is this a change I have to make on the Exchange Server 2003 or is it at my clients end using Exchange Client 2003... |

| This on the server. They might support PHP Mail, ASPMail, ASPEmail, JMail, CDOSYS, etc |
