hi, I am new to PHP. I have one html file. Can I make
it into php file and how can I edit it? And how
can I run php? I am using Dreamweaver.

You can turn your HTML file into a PHP file by saving it as yourpage.php but it might not open for you because you must have PHP installed on your computer.
Try uploading it to your server and then view it.
