Some Folders, I dont understand what it is for.

what are they? How do these folders work?

I have many images in my website. I want to put them
in only one folder. But I dont know what to do or to
package it.
So, can you tell me about that?

They're not folders but special target attribute values for HTML links.

Google it.

_blank opens a link in a new window ...etc.
