Cost of coding an HTML/CSS/Zen Cart templates

Say I have a web interface that I have designed in Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Fireworks. And that's exactly how I want it to look on the web. There is a very simple navigation set up, and the layout is simple as well. It's just a box with rounded corners (which will contain the content). I would want that box to always be centered in the browser window.which I can then use to build my own ecommerce site? I have download some free templates for free from this website.

If you can find a coder that fully understand how to integrate your template that you built it can be done.
