easy way to do html for website. Not computer literate

Help, anyone. I need to know an easy, 123 html editor to put together my pages for my webesite. I need to change the picts from html to jpeg. I have to figure out how to put picts and text on the pages. I'm trying to make money on the internet with my site. You have to click on a catergory to make the info about the product come up. Does anyone know how I can get help doing that? See, when I put the info on the web pages it does have the click effect like the way they sent it to me.

Well pictures are not in HTML - they are a JPG or a GIF or maybe a PNG. You can insert images into HTML using source code.
