I'm hoping someone can me I have an website with Netregistry.com.au (I think) www.stampingwithsteph.com.au and I am in the process of updating it and changing instant templates BUT I can not change teh photo on the front page of the instant template and was told by there very unhelpful support desk that I can change the HTML code to point it to the new picture I wish to add. Unfortuantely I am a stay at home mum of 2 who knows more about stamping then website design. Can anyone help me or point me in the direction of a template I can adjust fully to suit my needs with very limited computer knowledge.

Thanks so much in advance

You need to help us out some please. There were a lot of images listed - can you let us know what image you are wanting to change?

Sorry Embarassed it's the main image on on the home page but I have not published the new instant website that I am wanting to change. I'll do it now so perhaps you'll be able to help. Thank you so much for looking at it for me.

OK what's the name of the image? If you are publishing the site - did you change the HTML code?

No I did not change any of the HTML script I just push a button and it does it for me. I think the name would be something like business women or something. It's the thing in the circle type thing in the right corner.

Thanks

I am really confused. You said you have not published the site you want to change but that you would do it.

Then in the next message you said you did not change any of the HTML code? If you did not publish the changes - I cannot really see it online.

I did take a shot and looked for business in the URL you gave us but I did not see the word business in it.

It's an instant web site so I don't see any of the HTML code, it's like doing something in word. I did publish it and apparently the image that is imbedded in the HTML code is mi1_2.jpg. Not sure if that helps or not if not I may have to pay someone to do it!

Thanks so much for your help.

I did not see any evidence of Word being used. How are you editing / creating this HTML?

Hey Corey,

I am using the program that they have supplied me with you just type in your content and then press publish and it "magically" appears on the web! I've had a go at trying to fix it and seem to have completely stuffed it up now as the website no longer works maybe I'll have to just start again!

Thanks so much for trying to help me!

It sounds like you are using a WYSIWYG editor. A lot of these can cause problems from time to time. Most will allow you though to look at the source code.
