Help with textarea OR other way to do this?

I am trying to build a series of internal web pages for the group of telephone techs I work with. Want to put together a series of pages with info on each product (simple) but would like to have an editable text area on each page so that techs can add notes.
I would like the notes to stay there so others in the group can see them and add to them.

From what I have gathered here and in other places, the "textarea" allows for input to a form. But how do I keep that text persistent right there on the page for others to see?

What kind of code am I talking about? Will I need a script of some kind? or can this be done strictly with HTML?
